Checking IP Reputation and Warm-Up

An address that's white at the start deteriorates over time, and a freshly bought one isn't always ready for service right away. Reputation is not a one-time check

Running an address once before service is the minimum, not a guarantee. Reputation changes over time: a subnet neighbor starts abusing, the address lands in a fresh detector database, a service updates its lists. So I check live nodes not only at the start but periodically — to catch degradation before a client reports it with a ticket.
