First — something important about the format

Hysteria2 in Remnawave is an inbound with protocol: hysteria inside the panel's config profile, and not a standalone daemon spun up by a script with a single password shared across everyone. With clients: [], the panel populates users itself — and you get a proper per-user setup: traffic accounting, limits, per-user disabling. The panel can't see a standalone daemon and won't count its traffic, so we go through the profile.
